Meet the Staff
Trevor G. Forbes, MD was awarded a Bachelor of Science from The City College of New York in 1980. He later graduated from The Albert Einstein College of Medicine 1984 where he completed one year of pediatric internship and three years of residency training in psychiatry. After completing his residency, he continued practicing medicine as an attending psychiatrist at Jersey City Medical Center. In 2009, he took up the position Medical Director for Psychiatric Emergency Screening Services at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, and was recently selected Interim Chairman for the Department of Psychiatry. Dr. Forbes is licensed to practice medicine in the states of New York and New Jersey. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and has held academic position at Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
Royston R. Cruickshank, MD was awarded a Master in Administration from Long Island University in 1979. He later graduated from Santiago University of Technology School of Medicine in 1987. He continued his medical training as a psychiatric resident at Columbia University (College of Physician and Surgeons of Columbia University). Dr. Cruickshank is licensed to practice medicine in the states of New York and New Jersey and also an attending psychiatrist at Jersey City Medical Center Outpatient Clinic.
Jadira Amill, APN was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey in 2003. She later graduated with honors from UMDNJ- School of Nursing in 2010. She continued her nursing career as a psychiatric nurse at Jersey City Medical Center where she was the first recipient of the Daisy Award for Extraordinary Nurses. After finishing her Master’s degree in mental health nursing, she began practicing as a Nurse Practioner at St. Mary’s Hospital-Seton Center Outpatient Clinic in 2010.
Pamela S. Feinberg-Khan, LCSW was awarded a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Adelphi University in 1997. She later graduated from Widener University-School of Social Work in 2000. After finishing her Master’s degree in Social Work, she began working as a Licensed Social Worker at Jersey City Medical Center Outpatient Clinic in 2010. Pamela specializes in child-adolescent therapy and couple therapy, and is currently licensed as an LCSW in the state of New Jersey.
Robert Winston, LCSW was awarded a Bachelor of Social Work from James Madison University in 2000. He later graduated from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey -School of Social Work in 2003. After finishing his Master’s degree in Social Work, he took up the position, Director of Supportive Housing at Jersey City Medical Center, Department of Psychiatry. Robert is trained and specializes in Gestalt therapy, and is currently licensed as an LCSW in the state of New Jersey.
Orlando Ramos, MSW, LCADC, CCS was awarded a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the New Jersey City University in 2004. He later graduated from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey-School of Social Work in 2009. He continued his substance abuse practice as a Licensed Clinical Alcohol Drug Counselor at Hoboken University Medical Center, where he serves as a Certified Clinical Supervisor of the Substance Abuse Department.
